Refund policy
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days gone by since day you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We accept returns if the item has been damaged during shipping or wrong item was delivered to you. Items must also be in the same unused condition you have received it.
We do not accept returns if items do not fit as we are not manufacturer and we can’t guarantee that they will fit. Any wearable items you are buying at your own risk.
Additional non-returnable items are:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within certain amount of days.
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received any refund from us yet, please check your bank again. It might take some time before it will get processed. If you haven’t received anything for long period of time please contact us at contactus@realbargain.co.uk .
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
